I created this intimate space as a means to better care for myself; thus, providing the best care and creativity for my guests. As a "hyper-sensitive person", this world has been hard to navigate since I can remember. I'm a water trine, with my Sun in Pisces, Moon in Scorpio and Cancer Ascendant; I experienced trauma growing up that flavored my world with a well of emotional depth and awareness. I've experienced my body as an enemy and a source of strength by battling chronic illness and being born with a heart condition that's needed constant care. My journey has been personal and longggg, but I know that it's a never-ending practice that builds depth and richness. I enjoy using this well to help others feel seen, heard and understood.  As I've navigated my own healing journey for quite some time now, I've explored and invested in as many modalities that resonated with my soul as possible. My mission is to inspire growth, change, sustainability, and emotional richness in my client's lives with the wisdom I've gained through this work. I believe our external reality creates our life JUST as much as we participate in creating our reality through grounded intuitive action. My heart breaks for those who've learned from the spiritual community that it is solely your responsibility to "heal" yourself and be "high vibe" to attain happiness. Or that the narrative of not "lowering your frequency" consisted of avoiding cleansing emotions.  My spiritual beliefs are rooted in compassion, nurturement, and practical applications of spirituality by recognizing everyday signs from spirit. Too often with the times we find ourselves in, healing can feel solitary and individualistic.  I believe healing requires presence to the truth (no matter how hard to witness) and community support. NO ONE can be constantly regulated in a dysfunctional society! If you find yourself feeling overwhelmed, lonely, or confused, know that you're not alone. I'm right there with you!
